When will I receive my order?
EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19- Please allow 1-4 weeks for the hand crafting of your order.
- Once shipped, average delivery time in Puerto Rico is 1-3 business days.
- Average delivery time for U.S. and domestic orders is 3-7 business days
- Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days
My Order
- When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at the USPS website.
- We are not responsible for lost orders, please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout.
RETURNS
- If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we can gladly accept it back and exchange it with another one of our products in the same price range within 7 days after it has been received.
